Terms Of Service

1. STATEMENT

The following terms of service does not apply to other 
services of Yifan.net, search engine, library, news, 
to name a few. It may be updated without any notice 
in advance, so please review it regularly so as to
better understand the principles.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

All registration Data On E-OmniNet will be maintained 
secrecy and will not be transfered or sold to any 
individual or organization.

3. SECURITY OF MEMBER ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

Your account and password will be strictly confidential, 
and will not be divulged to others. The employees will 
not make inquires about your password. 
  
4. NOTICE TO USERS

Please keep it in mind that all the contents about any 
data, text, software, music, sound, video, photographs, 
graphics and any other materials, posted publicly or 
kept privately, are under the entire responsibility of 
the user who originally has or publishes them. Yifan net 
is under no circumstances responsible for any content in 
any way, including any error or omission, or any loss or 
damage caused by using Yifan net.

You are not allowed to use Yifan net to:

a. send unsolicited commericial or non-commericial mails 
   using our email service to promote your business or 
   website; or create an email account or  host a web site 
   on our server which is advertised in any form of spam 
   orginating from any servers; All such practice will be 
   considered spamming. If you do so, your account, 
   including the mailbox, and web sites, will be deleted 
   immediately without warning. We will also reserve the 
   right to take further legal actions.

b. email, post, upload or otherwise transmit any content 
   which is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, 
   defamatory, libelous, invasive;

c. email, post, upload or otherwise transmit any content 
   which you have no right to transmit;

d. email, post, upload or otherwise transmit any 
   information or content which are protected under 
   laws, contracts and any agreements;

e. email, post, upload or otherwise transmit any 
   unauthorized advertisement and promotional material, 
   spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, etc.;

f. email, post, upload or otherwise transmit any 
   information which contains viruses or other files or 
   programs aim at destroying or interrupting other 
   computers, servers and other telecommunication equipment;

g. harm children in any way;   

h. pass yourself off as any other person or entity, 
   including, but not limited to, Yifan net employee, 
   forum leader, or mispresent your affiliation with 
   a person or entity;

i. distribute any forge information or content;

j, interfere with or damage Yifan net, server or other 
   equipment connected to Yifan net, or disobey any 
   regulations, policies of Yifan net for the safety of 
   the systems of networks in Yifan net;

k. breach purposely or unpurposely of any applicalbe 
   local, state, natioanl or international law, including, 
   but not limited to, regulations made by the US Securities 
   and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other 
   securities exchange;

l. stalk or harass other persons;

m. collect personal data of any other user illegally.

You agree that Yifan net has the right to delete or 
refuse any inappropriate content which violates the 
above terms of service. Yifan net has the right to 
back up and preserve all the contents, and has 
obligation to transfer to the relevant legal 
institutions if required.

5. NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL USER

In terms of the globalization of networks, users should 
abide by US or other national laws and regulations made 
for the data transmission and network communication.

6. INDEMNITY

You agree that Yifan net and its employees are free from 
any litigations or demand, including attorneys' fees, 
caused by the contents you post, submit or transmit via 
Yifan net, and you have to indemnify all the losses that 
Yifan net suffers for your reason.

7. USE YIFAN NET TO MAKE PROFITS

Any reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell any part of 
Yifan net, system use or account register for any commercial 
purpose is not allowed.

8. LIMITATIONS OF USAGE AND STORAGE

Yifan net has the right to make any rule and regulation 
for the Service use and storage, including, but not limited 
to, the maximum retaining time of email messages; the 
maximum number of email messages that could be sent within 
a particular period of time; the maximum size of a sent or 
received email message, the maximum  size of an upload file, 
the total disk space provided by Yifan net, etc. You agree 
that Yifan net will not take any responsibility for any 
delete and failure of storage. Yifan net has the right to 
log off any accounts which are inactive for a certain period 
of time, and preverses the right to change these limitations 
at any time with or without notice in advance.

9. MODIFICATIONS OF SERVICE

Yifan net has the right to modify the contents of service 
or even discontinue temporarily or permanetly the service 
at any time, with or without notice in advance. Yifan net 
will not be liable to you or any third party for any 
modificaiton, suspension or discontinuance of yifan net.

10. TERMINATION

Due to your violations of any regulations of this terms 
of service, Yifan net has the right to terminate your 
account and delete all the information, contents and 
emails related to your account. Yifan net will not take 
any responsibility for the termination of the user's account.

11. RELATIONS WITH ADVERTISERS

Yifan net will provide free services permanently, but 
to sustain and develop itself, yifan net has the right 
to make advertising to have commercial revenue at any 
time via its service. You may establish relationship 
with any advertiser, busineess or website through Yifan 
net, including, but not limited to, purchase, delivery, 
payment of related goods or services, all at your 
discretion. You agree that Yifan net will take no 
responsibility for any loss for your reason.

12. LINKS

Yifan net will provide links to other websites, which 
Yifan net has no control. You agree that Yifan net is 
not responsible for any loss caused in connetion with 
using other websites. Otherwise, Yifan new is not 
responsible for any content, service or management 
of other websits available via Yifan net links.

13. YIFAN NET'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You agree that Yifan net has the proprietary right and 
copyright for all the services, source files, statements, 
including, but not limited to, the Terms of Services, 
User's Guide. Any modification, embezzlement and duplication 
is illegal, Yifan net has the right to make litigations to 
any person or entity who violates Yifan's proprietary rights. 
    
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You understand and agree that:
a. Yifan net makes no warranty that 
   (1) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, 
   (2) Yifan net meets your requirements, 
   (3) The resulted by using Yifan net are accurate 
       and reliable.

b. Yifan net takes no responsibility for any damage 
   or loss, including, but not limited to, computer 
   damadge, information loss, caused by using Yifan 
   net services.

c. Yifan net takes no responsibility for any suggestion 
   or advice which are not included in this Terms of 
   Services.

15. COPYRIGHTS

If you believe that Yifan net contains any copyright 
infringement, or other third party violates Yifan net 
copyrights, please reach yifan@yifan.com

16. ATTENTION

For any illegal activities of person or entity, including,
but not limited to, spam, storage of any illegal graphics 
and software, Yifan net will based on local laws, make 
litigations with or without warning in advance.
